BOOKING / CANCELLATION  POLICY

We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments made within this time period as we may be able to fill them.

 

Any cancellations outside of this window will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. 

Additionally, if you change your contact details, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our records. ​

Text and email reminders are sent out 48 hours before so that appointments an easily be cancelled or rescheduled. without having to ring the Salon.

 

Any no shows will be charged the full treatment amount.
