Little Luxury Beauty Club Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. This helps us offer the slot to another client and keeps things running smoothly. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee, if we can’t re-fill the slot.
Appointment Reminders
You’ll receive an email reminder 72 hours before your appointment. This gives
you a chance to cancel or make any changes in good time. You'll also receive a final reminder 24 hours before your appointment by both text and email. It is your responsibility to make sure your contact details are up to date so you don’t miss these reminders.
Cancellation Charges
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice and we’re unable to re-sell the appointment, a fee may apply. We always aim to be fair, and we’re happy to provide a breakdown of any charges if needed.
Little Luxury Beauty Club - Skin Test Policy
Your safety is our top priority. If you're booking any of the following treatments, you’ll need a skin test in line with our salon insurance:

+ Lash or brow tint
+ Semi-permanent lashes
+ Lash lift or brow lamination
Each treatment requires a separate skin test.

Who Needs a Skin Test?
You’ll need a skin test if:
+ You're a new client
+ It’s been 6 months or more since your last skin test (or treatment listed above) with us
+ We advise one following your consultation or screening questions
Appointments & Testing
If you arrive for one of these treatments without having your skin test in advance, we may not be able to carry out your service and you will still be charged for the appointment.

How to Get a Skin Test
If you're due a test, please visit the salon at least 24 hours before your appointment. Here's what to expect:
+ We’ll apply a small amount of tint, glue, or setting lotion behind your ear
+ Please remove any earrings beforehand
+ Leave the test product on for 1 hour
+ Let us know if you experience irritation, swelling, redness, or itching, you can email: claire@littleluxurybeautyclub.com
+ If you feel unwell, contact a medical professional straight away
+ When you return for your appointment, we’ll check the test site and ask a few follow-up questions
Some future treatments may not need another test, depending on your answers to our safety screening.

We do not offer treatments to anyone under the age of 16.

It’s possible to develop new sensitivities at any time, especially if you've had things like henna, tattoos, or semi-permanent makeup. We test regularly to keep you safe. Little Luxury Beauty Club may update this policy in line with manufacturer guidelines or changes to our insurance cover.
